Yes, the following InfraWare programs are compatible with Vista:

InfraWare Management Console (IMC)
InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) v2007
InfraWare Template Editor (ITE) v2007

In general, InfraWare applications of v2007 are compatible with Windows XP and Windows Vista.  InfraWare applications in v2006 are compatible with Windowss 2000 and Windows XP.

As of the publication of this article, the InfraWare Dictation Client (IDC) is still in v2006. A new version is planned for release sometime in 2008.  At that time, it will be Vista compatible.
