How to Hide Main Window from ITC Editor

Overview

When a job is open in the ITC Editor, the user cannot interact with the Main Window that displays the list of jobs.  (It will beep if you try.)  For that reason, it can be preferable in some environments to simply hide the window so it can't be seen.  This preference can be set on the Editor tab in the ITC User Settings.

Steps

• From the ITC Main Window:  Select the Settings menu ⇒ User Settings option ⇒ Edit User Settings or Keyboard Shortcut F10
• From the Editor:  Select the Tools menu ⇒ Options ⇒ User Settings On the Editor tab, check or uncheck the box labeled:
• "Hide other windows when open".
