How to Upload a Patient List/Physician Schedule in the Secure Web Portal (Global Documents Feature)

In this guide, you will learn how to upload a patient list/physician schedule to the platform using the Secure Web Portal.

Overview

Global Documents are files that can be uploaded to the platform and made available to Transcriptionists in the InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC).

Requirement

Steps:

Description: Enter the name of the document.
Facility: If you currently have rights on the platform to multiple Facilities, select the facility to which this Global Document applies.
Choose an Expiration Date for the document.
Browse your computer files for the Physician Schedule/Patient List.
Click Create New Global Document.
