View QA Score/MT Feedback in the ITC 

Summary

The InfraWare 360 platform allows MTs to view their QA score and MT feedback in the ITC.  This allows MTs to receive training and feedback provided by the QA Editor/Manager to help improve their overall QA score and assist in improving the MT's transcription skills.  

Tasks:

  • Login to the InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC) using your username and password.
  • The Search Jobs window can be accessed from the Main Window in several ways:
  • From the ITC Main Window this feature can be accessed from the Actions menu by choosing Search for Jobs, or by using the Keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + S).

  • Or by click on the Search Jobs Icon.

To view MT feedback/QA Score:

Click the box next to New Feedback or All Feedback.Click the Search Button to open the Search Jobs window.

  • Put a checkmark next to New Feedback to view feedback not previously viewed.
  • Put a checkmark next to All Feedback to view all of your feedback. 
  • Click Search.

  • Job status = Unread - those jobs you have not viewed feedback.

  • Job status = Read - you have already viewed feedback on this job.
  • Double-click on the job to open the job and view QA score and feedback. 

 

Click on the QA Score tab (F9) to view each of your Feedback marks and scores.

 

Please Note: If you do not see the comment box, hover your mouse over the line just below the status bar until you see an up and down arrow.  Left click to drag the line upward to enlarge the Function Panel.

 

  • Select the Feedback Mark from the drop-down menu to view the text associated with the mark.  Please repeat this step for each Feedback Mark listed in the drop-down menu.
  • The text will be highlighted provided it was highlighted during the Scoring/Feedback process by the QA Editor/Manager.

 

  • From the ITC File Menu select --> Close to close the job and search for the next Job under MT feedback.

Please Note: Preproduction QA (a blank filled in before the job goes to the customer) is not typically counted in to the postproduction QA score.
