Each year my Rotary Club volunteers to ring those familiar Salvation Army bells at retails centers across the community.  I've been participating for 11 years, and today was the day.  It always seems to be one of the coldest days of December.  Today was no exception, and we got 5" of fresh snow last night through today.  It is always a pleasure to see people choose to give.  It's especially fun to see small children run up to drop a dollar bill or some coins into the bucket.
