We all need to step back to gain a little perspective from time to time.  Last Friday, I took the InfraWare management team on a short weekend retreat.  This wasn't an AIG-style, high dollar kind of retreat, but it was a nice event.  We climbed out of the proverbial trenches and held a series of meetings about the status and strategic direction of our company's products and services.  We chose the historic French Lick resort in southern Indiana for the event and flew the team in.  Our company is growing rapidly, and everyone on the team knows that we need to be continuously improving to accommodate the growth and to provide great services and innovative products to our customers.  I think this event helped re-energize the team and pull us together for better alignment.
